I had the awesome opportunity to film interviews for the GLAAD awards (Gay Lesbian Alliance Against Defamation) recently. With appearances from Madonna, Anderson Cooper, Russel Simmons, and even some of the Jersey Shore Crew, the awards celebrate distinguished gay, lesbian, and trans people in the media. I couldn't help but feel proud witnessing a group make progress towards a world with no discrimination.
